How long is the waiting period?
The standard waiting period is 6 months. Members aged 75 and above are subject to a 12-month waiting period.
Can I add family members?
Yes. Covered household and additional members can be managed through the Client Portal. Additional member contributions depend on age.
How are monthly payments made?
Hunatha's current portal workflow uses an authorised recurring monthly payment mandate through the secure payment-provider process.
What happens if I miss payments?
The Client Registration & Service Agreement provides for automatic suspension after three consecutive missed payments. Benefits stop during suspension and the waiting period resets upon reactivation.

What documents are needed after a death?
The agreement requires notification as soon as reasonably possible and submission of the deceased's ID and official Death Certificate/proof of death within 48 hours.
